We spent Saturday with a beautiful, wonderful couple, Geni & Chad who were joined by their family and friends as they celebrated their wedding day!  
 
WE LOVE THIS FAMILY!! We've had such a wonderful time getting to know this entire family, they are like family to us. We've photographed their weddings & families, so when Geni asked us to shoot her wedding we were very excited! So..fast forward to that Saturday....when we saw the insanely high winds coming, we decided to pull out all the stops and do our best to still make it an awesome wedding day for photos. And these guys were troopers!! IT WAS INSANELY WINDY! But, they still all had smiles and were all having a wonderful time celebrating Geni & Chad's big day!  
 
Geni & Chad, thank you for having us at your wedding. You two are going to have an amazing future together. And we also wanted to mention that Geni was STUNNING on her wedding day.!!! About two weeks ago two people we love had a baby. Those two people are Stesha & Ryan and now we simply fell in love with their little baby Bennett AKA "BIG BEN".  
 
What's wonderful about what we do is that we are with people for some of the biggest moments of their lives; their weddings, welcoming their first babies or even in the delivery room as it's all happening. It's been such a complete joy for us to be there at these moments sharing in the emotion and love, but when it's someone we really care about, it just means so much to us.  
 
So when we had the chance to bring some sunshine to our Stesha and her wonderful hubby Ryan, I just really wanted to give them something special that would be something they could love that would document their little man's entrance in their lives.  
 
Stesha & Ryan, we simply couldn't love you guys more or be any happier for you. And what's more is that it was so wonderful to see that you've both completely fallen in love with little Ben. Thank you for having us in your lives and for sharing your biggest days with us. Means so much to us and we just love you all. This is such an awesome time in your lives, we hope you relish every moment. Love you guys!!

Last week was another busy week for weddings as we also celebrated and photographed Jane & Jim as they became husband and wife at the JW Marriott as well!  
 
These two lovebirds had a beautiful event:) Surrounded by family and friends, they made it official on a beautiful, sunny day. And, what's more, is that we learned a lot about Jim. He really let loose at the wedding, and it was just great to see such a fun side of him...we can really see why Jane loves him so much:).

We pretty much spent our entire weekend documenting weddings at the Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas which was of course wonderful because they seem to care for some of the coolest people!  
 
First up, Ovid & Soo, an absolutely gorgeous couple, and in fact, I can honestly say, I have never seen a groom so entirely captivated by his bride. No matter which way you turned, Ovid was all eyes on Soo. It was really great to witness.  
 
From the sounds of it, it was a long distance relationship for quite some time; Soo is from Korea and Ovid travelled back and fourth courting this beautiful girl until finally his father said "Why don't you marry this girl". So...this weekend, he did!

Saturday night was one of the most fun weddings we've shot as we celebrated Katherine & Rob's incredible wedding held at the Eastside Cannery....truly, their location was amazing!! Held at the Nightclub One-Six at the very top of the Eastside Cannery, their reception offered 360degree views of the entire city!! Just awesome!  
 
Can we just say that we LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these people!! They are both so sweet, so sincere and just so wonderful that being around them is truly like being in the presence of awesomeness!! Plus, they're both so funny...seriously, most of the night was spent laughing and just enjoying their big day.

Friday we had a super fun time with an awesome couple that loves biking as much as we do, Trish & Michael, who will be tying the knot on 11-11-11 at the beautiful Loews Lake Las Vegas.  
 
These two we're like two spark plugs that ignited every time their hands touched or lips met:) It was so completely adorable to be around. This is one of the things we love most about shooting weddings; it's one of the happiest times in people's lives, and seeing Michael & Trish so happy and so in love was just wonderful...and of course, their energy was completely contagious:)

We wanted to get you all up to speed as things have been super busy for us at the studio. The fall wedding season is starting to really ramp up and we'll have some amazing weddings to share with you all in the coming weeks. Things have been really crazy for us the past couple of weeks, hopefully this "4 PICS" will help you get up to speed.....  
 
1) On location, over the past 2 weeks we have been creating several hero portraits for one of our editorial clients, these local heros include local chefs, CEO's, business owners, etc. We also spent a day with the Executive Chef of Carnevino for a story, all the images will hit the stands sometime in early Oct, we'll keep you posted and show the pics as soon as we can...  
 
2) Wedding, say hello to Lisa & Kevin, they tied the knot over the weekend and had an amazing wedding, blog post coming this week.  
 
3) Holiday Photos, we will soon be releasing our Holiday concept along with dates on two very different shoots, better start warming up the family for these off the wall photo sessions.  
 
4) 12X, what the heck is 12X? You'll just have to wait as it will be our newest collection of images in our fine art collection, the 12X collection will be released the end of September, so stay tuned...  

We had a seriously killer wedding this past weekend....we headed down to Orange County with Christie McCoy of CLM Weddings for the wedding of the ever so cool Maria & Rick....and it was on like donkey kong!  
 
What's great about destination weddings is that it gives us an opportunity to shoot in a couple's home town or in a new location which we find always inspires us to be creative and fall in love with a new place to shoot.  
 
Maria was absolutely STUNNING! Her dress was absolutely one of our favorite dresses ever because it had the most incredible rose shaped embellishments all through the skirt...just gorgeous! And Rick of course was all class; all cool and ready to marry the love of his life.  
 
These two have been together for several years now; they've even got three kids...but their wedding day meant a lot to them, and it meant a lot to us that they included us in their big day. Their big day started at their home, then off to a gorgeous Church for the ceremony, then Old Town Orange for photos and wrapping it all up at a super cool gallery called Seven Degrees.....just a very cool location for a wedding event.

&Saturday night we shared a beautiful evening at the Four Seasons with two beautiful people: Parisa & Ron.  
 
What can we say about these two except that they have a real, loving connection that's completely visible to anyone... You can tell by just being in their presence that they completely adore one another. When we saw the first image below, Jared and I both agreed that it seemed like they could just lose themselves in each other and the rest of the world wouldn't matter...:)  
 
Parisa & Ron, it has been great to be in your company and getting to know you both and your beautiful family; thank you for including us in such an important day in your lives. Saturday we had a seriously kick ass wedding with two super fun and silly people, Kellie & Michael.  
 
These two went all out....married at the Cathouse at the luxor, the location completely fit their wedding. The ceremony began with Europe's Final Countdown and continued with 100 lighters being lit 80's style as Michael entered the room...  
 
Then as a bonus surprise, they shocked their guest with Las Vegas' coolest Elvis, Eddie Powers...it was AWESOME! FUN! EXPLOSIVE AND HILARIOUS! Their guests just laughed and enjoyed and just really enjoyed the entire Vegas vibe they had created with the help of Christie of CLM Weddings.
